Born April 24, 1997 in Portland, Oregon. Ally always wanted to be an actress from a young age, she’s appeared in short, student, and independent films in the PNW. Thankful for every role she gets. Adopted a wonderful dog, named him Samwise, and absolutely adores him.

Derald Krause

When not providing IT support for Portland area businesses, Derald Krause works part time as an industrial & commercial actor. Over the years he has done film work for clients such as Nike, Intel, OHSU & more. For TV, Derald has worked in a few local Portland commercials & was featured in NBC’s Grimm in 2016. Now and then he enjoys challenging and interesting roles in local theater. Such was the case in 2016 with the McMinnville Gallery Theater production of The Producers, playing the role of Carmen Ghia. Notonly was it a new & thrilling experience for him in comedy and musical categories, but he earned the seasonal award for Best Minor Role. It was during that production that he met Roman Martinez, a talented writer, director & producer. Derald was excited to have Roman offer him the role of James in his 2019 short film, Ophelia. In addition to rehearsing monologues, refining vocal impersonations & acting exercises, Derald taught himself to play the guitar. He has also recently revisited learning the art of piano playing. An instrument long adored by him. Chopin, anyone?

Jess Drew

At 17 Jessica performed in her first play Sampson and Delilah as Delilah. Since then she had an interest in stage and costume makeup as well as writing. She enjoys acting and singing, but her true passions lie with writing. This is the first film she has appeared in, but hopefully the first of many.

John Ashton

John Ashton has called McMinnville, Oregon home since 2005.
Since then he has established himself in the community as both a business owner, and volunteer. He is a former board member with Gallery Theater and helped on many production  including building the sets for many shows. He is the owner and operator of Microtech Precision Inc. This is John’s third collaboration with Roman Films. He was previously seen as Farmer Dan in “The Farm Report with Greta Goslyn” and served as crew member for “Alien Photographs.” In his spare time, John enjoys traveling the roadways on his motorcycle and David Lynch films.

Lexi Phillips

"Lexi Phillips is a screen actor and film lover. She's trained under Shelley Lipkin and can be seen in short films around the Pacific Northwest. Lexi received her B.A. in film studies from Central Washington University. While pursuing her degree, she worked both on- and off- screen on various student films, as well as studied theatre acting and musical theatre dance.
Lexi has since appeared in short films and participated in script
readings for theatre productions. She also works as a freelance
casting assistant. Now that the world is starting to open back up, Lexi looks forward to more training to hone her acting skills, and to come back to the screen with new and improved technique."

Madeline Blumm

Madeline is an actor from Eugene. She is currently attending school for Theater Arts with a concentration in acting at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. She is simultaneously earning her Master of Arts in Teaching in pursuit of using her skills as an actor and educator to spread her passion for performing arts to children. Madeline has been acting since fourth grade, when she played a candlestick in the musical, Beauty and the Beast. Since then, she has acted in numerous plays, musicals, short films, and feature- length films.

Megan Rachelle

Megan has been in love with theater since the sixth grade. She
continued her passion through high school and college, taking a break from the stage in 2012 to become a mother. She now has
two wonderful daughters. Since returning to the arts she has found great joy in being in front of and behind the camera. The "P" word will be her third time appearing on the screen. This past year Megan has been voted onto the board for Keizer Homegrown Theatre as their Volunteer Coordinator. When she isn't partaking in the art's or spending time with loved ones you can probably find her reading or roaming around downtown Salem.

Nicolette is an actress who’s passion in life has been acting ever
since she was a young girl. She has acted in multiple short

Robert Sim

Rob Sim was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. A veteran stage
actor, he performed the role of Ito in STOPA's production of "Name" in 1980. Since then he has performed for Pentacle Theatre, Windrider Productions, and in 2018 he played the role of Tick in Trill Productions "From Time to Time".
This is Rob's first foray into film, and he looks forward to this
learning experience.

Skyler Wolfe

Skyler is a Portland State University graduate who has now
become a Travel Agent. She had acted in many school plays
throughout her younger academic career, and was a member of
Gallery Theater in McMinnville for many years before college. She
played Judy in Roman Films’ “Alien Photographs,” and was so
happy to participate in this production of Ophelia after a 3 year
hiatus of any type of performing. Though she is not pursuing acting
as a career, she loves to get involved in any way she can.

Chadhurst Sharpe

Chadhurst Jainlett Sharpe is a comic and writer who was born and raised on the East Coast. In addition to stand-up comedy,
Chadhurst was a featured performer in Soul of Wit’s 2019
production of the sketch comedy show, Gigglefest. He has also just released a novel titled, “The Ether and The Noise.”

Jeff Sanders

Jeff Sanders is a seasoned and established actor in the Willamette Valley’s theater community as well as an accomplished director. He has appeared on Salem’s own Pentacle Theater stage in Jesus Christ Superstar, Vanya, Sonya, Masha, and Spike, Of Mice and Men, My Fair Lady, The Price, The Importance of Being Earnest, God of Carnage, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Romeo and Juliet, The Immigrant, and many others. Jeff’s directing credits include: Macbeth, Twelfth Night, Death of a Salesman, All My Sons, The Imaginary Invalid, Steel Magnolias, The Sound of Music, A Christmas Carol, and more, for Pentacle Theatre. He has also directed Danny and the Deep Blue Sea for the Verona Studio’s 2016 season. In 2013, he appeared in Gallery Theatre’s production of Born Yesterday and 2017’s Frost/Nixon. Jeff has played Hamlet and directed Macbeth. He has appeared at the Grand Theatre in Bent and in All in the Timing at several area venues.

John Reddy grew up on the East Coast and is currently a Portland- based actor. He also manages the production studio Crescent Skull Cinema which has currently released 21 films. When not on set he enjoys painting, mentoring young artists, and composing soundtracks.

Enlightened Theatrics. In addition to performing the Star Spangled Banner at Trail Blazer games, he directed 2019's "The Graduate" and 2017/18's "Frost / Nixon" at Gallery Theater. Lance is the winner of the 2021 Broadway World Portland Award for Best Performer In A Play (Novecento).

Lydia Mullian

Lydia is a massage therapist from McMinnville. She enjoys when
opportunities arise for her to do any acting, singing or modeling.
She’s been in the play Oklahoma with Gallery Theater as part of the ensemble; and hopes to have the opportunity to act there again in the future. She enjoyed the experience of acting in Ophelia and working with Roman.

Mary Jane Strand

After completing a memoir class in 2014, Mary Jane Strand began
to unravel a long-buried memory from 1974. In 2015, she married
the love of her life, Larry Strand, and retired to Oregon. Shortly after moving to McMinnville, she discovered a local writing group at the McMinnville Public Library. After sharing her story, she was
encouraged to write it at length. The resulting short story, 'Flirting
with the Devil,' later won in the first-person, non-fiction category for the Paper Gardens Creative Writing Contest. Since then, her
involvement with local literary events and the local McMinnville film group led her to a fortuitous meeting with local filmmaker Roman Martinez. His interest in her story was the beginning of a
professional friendship culminating in the making of this film.

Megan Read

Megan Lutsock-Read studied theater and vocal jazz at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College. With many acting stage credits all across Oregon to her name, she has recently wrote and performed for the sketch comedy show, “Gigglefest”. She is proud of her achievements for best supporting actress for her portrayal of Sister James in “Doubt” (Linkville Playhouse), as well as her Best Leading Actress awards for Ulla in the “Producers” (Gallery Theatre), and Fabiana in “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” (Albany Civic Theatre). When Megan isn’t performing, she is always with her sidekick, her daughter, Dottie.

Stefan Feuerherdt

Stefan’s been active in Portland film and theatre for years, but
rarely on stage or screen himself. More typically, he’s called on to
write or produce. He jumped at the chance to play “Mr. Frost” in
“Ophelia” though; “It’s been a real treat to get in front of the camera again and just try to embody someone else’s vision. Getting to play in the sandbox with these talented folks - I love this whole process.”

Steve Cox

Steve Cox has acted in film, television, and on stage on and off for the last 25 years. He was the writer/producer/director of a popular sketch comedy show in Portland in the late 90’s and followed that up with a series of comedy shorts. More recently he has acted in several Gallery Theater productions including “Deathtrap” and “The God Game.” He appeared as Phillip/Frederick in “Noises Off” on the Gallery stage February, 2020.

After moving to Oregon in 2009, Caroline was delighted to discover the creative abundance of artists, writers and filmmakers in the Willamette Valley.  Since making McMinnville her home, she has become an active member of the Working Draft Writer's Workshop as well as the McMinnville Saturday Film Group.

Returning for the third time as The Clown, Chris Benham has been performing for close to more than thirty years. He has been a fixture of the the stage around the Pacific Northwest, and has been seen in a variety of film and television productions. In addition to his roles on stage and in front of the camera, Chris is also accomplished behind the scenes, having designed and built sets for more than 25 stage productions.

Evan Clampitt

Evan Clampitt is making his debut in a supporting role in the production of Flirting with the Devil. He has spent the last two years working as an actor and the last four years performing and competing in dance and song. His background in performing arts gives him a unique understanding of others perspectives, hardships, struggles and triumphs. Awarded the Triple Threat Award, Onstage New York, recognized Evan for demonstrating exemplary acting, singing, and dancing talents in his
performance. In addition to his creative work, he's a committed advocate for the arts and deaf community. Evan has been a student of American Sign Language for the last four years. Evan would like to thank Roman films and Mary Jane Strand for the opportunity to be part of this production.

Sara Pittock

Born in the desert and raised among the trees, Sara Jaellyn Pittock is no stranger to the beauty and pain this world has to offer. It’s been her lifelong passion to portray both on paper and on screen.
Pittock started writing stories before she knew how to write them down. She won her first poetry contest in eighth grade, with a poem inspired by Elie Wiesel’s Night.  She has also published articles with the Marion County Historical Society, and created content for the Oregon Health Authority.
Always reenacting her favorite characters, Pittock didn’t consider an acting career until her college days. Since then, she has acted on several independent projects, including lead roles in the short films Lonely Holidays, Shufflers, and Catch That Kid.
Pittock lives with a roommate, a dog, and a cat at the bottom of a volcano in Portland, OR. When she isn’t communing with the sunshine, she’s curled up on the couch with a good book

Chynna Rae Shurts

Chynna Rae Shurts is a 23 year old actress from Portland, OR. She graduated earlier this year in the summer of 2021 from Western Oregon University with a BFA in Theatre. After graduation she’s been in various features such has A Haunting in Ravenwood (Mary Olsen), Corpse Video Lives (Twins Bea and Ellie Taylor), Cross Hollow (Samantha Young), The Last Slay Ride (Lauren Moore) along with a series of shorts such as Roman Films’ Flirting with the Devil (Jackie.) Chynna is also a storyboard artist, poster designer, and her crew work involves mostly art department, PA, set dec., and prop master.  She’s always grateful to get to work with director Roman Martinez and the Roman Films team!

Diane Slamp

Diane is an Albany, OR based actor with acting credits from Albany Civic, Majestic (Corvallis), Pentacle (Salem) and Gallery (McMinnville) Theaters.  She is currently in rehearsals for Albany Civic Theater's April production of Clue, as Miss Scarlet.
Diane is a proud mom of two super cool kids, two stinky basset hounds, and wife to Josh, Stoked2Sk8 skateboard shop owner.

Kody Harvard

Kody grew up in Vancouver WA, and after finding a passion for acting he dove in head first by working on indie films, signing with a talent agent, and taking acting classes throughout the last few years. He has studied with coaches such as Shelly Lipkin (2019), Curtis Andersen (2020-2021), and is currently taking classes with Kristina Haddad at the Actors Lab (2022). Kody is represented by Q6 Model & Artist Management and lives in the Portland area. He recently booked a gig with Axon on a law enforcement training video where he played the role of “Tyler”, and worked on a pilot titled “Deviants” currently in production. Recent feature films Kody has worked on include “Pig” (2021) “All Together Now” (2020) “Metal Lords” (2022) “Showing Up” (2022). Television he’s worked on include “Girl In The Woods” (2021) “Shrill” (2020-2021) “Trinkets” (2019) “The Birch” (2019). Kody has also worked with Nike, Verizon, Microsoft, the NFL, University of Western States, and the “Vote Loud” campaign with NashCO Photo.

On a personal note, Kody loves nature and found a passion for snowboarding in high school. During his free time he enjoys kayaking, ATV riding, fire spinning, and of course time on the mountain. He also has two little dogs named Scooby & Butters who are great adventure companions.

Scott Bernard Nelson

​Scott is a writer, actor and whiskey reviewer in Portland, Ore. He appears as a gun-toting bodyguard in the feature film "Cross Hollow," scheduled for release in summer 2022, and as a sometimes clueless stepfather an upcoming TV show called "Winning Isn't Everything." He has played roles as varied as Frankenstein's monster, a priest, a psychiatrist, an investigative reporter and a World War II war criminal in recent short films. Scott previously spent 22 years as a journalist, including coverage of Manhattan during 9/11 and the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq.

Sophia is a driven, creative and outspoken actress. She resides in Portland Oregon at this time, but has dreams of moving to Los Angeles. Sophia's second passion is social media marketing where she writes and creates content for businesses and her personal acting brand.

Sophia has developed a partnership with Roman Empire Entertainment not only as an actress in the films "Her name was Red" and "Crystal" (and hopefully many more) but also as the companies website designer and creator.
